We prioritise and actively support the well-being of our staff. We regularly ask for staff voice on what is going well alongside suggestions for improvement with a specific focus on well-being and workload. Sustainable Workloads
We are continually reviewing workload for staff to ensure that our staff do not feel burdened. We have kept paperwork to a minimum, placing a far greater emphasis on professional judgement and discussion. We carefully map out any required tasks across a year and allow time for completion. Our priority is for our staff teams to spend as much time with children and as little time on tasks out of the room.
